Device Function：

1、Driven by AC variable frequency motor, the upper and lower lapping plate can be independently adjusted in speed, soft start, soft stop, and run smoothly.

2、The machine adjusts and controls the processing pressure through the precision electrical proportional valve, and can set the processing pressure according to different processing technology requirements, with high pressure control accuracy.

3、Using PLC program control system and push button switch, touch screen and operation panel, the motor speed and running time can be directly input.

4、The upper plate is equipped with a slow-down cylinder, which can independently control the pressure to prevent the workpiece from being crushed.

5、Correction of lapping plate with diamond rings.

6、Centralized lubrication device is adopted for gears and moving parts, which has good lubrication and long service life.
